The game is called Plague Inc., the developer is Ndemic Creations. Released in 2012, long before the advent of coronavirus. It was initially mobile, however, later developers added compatibility with more platforms, so it bacame available on Windows, Android, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Windows Phone, IOS, Linux, MacOS.
