What am I looking for is a map, or a universal way of finding all stores and supermarkets in GTA V online.

In Online version they are marked with a shopping cart on the world map. In singleplayer they are not, but I would suggest you to not to spend time on robbing the shops, because everytime you'll get about 500-2000$ and couple of wanted stars as a bonus reward (after each rob the wanted level increases).
